You will drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging potential customers to build a meaningful sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Execute prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate first outreach with potential customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to strategize approach methods for target accounts within your territory.
• Research and identify key contacts at target accounts to build long-lasting professional relationships.
• Manage, track, and report all sales activities and results using SFDC.
• Contribute to team improvement by sharing best practices and participating in internal projects.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
• Proven track record of overachievement in college or professional career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and align them with product solutions.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a team environment.
• Strong motivation, drive, and self-starting attitude.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
