Description

You build business intelligence dashboards and integrate data tools to support Marketing, Business Development, and Community Investment functions. You translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement AI capabilities to streamline reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik dashboards to transform CRM and market data into actionable insights.
• Collect and analyze data from internal systems to support financial statement analysis and member peer benchmarking.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Business Intelligence processes to improve reporting efficiency and data processing.
• Evaluate and implement new technology solutions, including APIs and interactive tools, to accelerate departmental capabilities.
• Define technical specifications for IT projects by collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for advanced data visualization.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and API integrations.
• Understanding of basic economic and finance terminology.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Experience with emerging AI technology and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
