Description

You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop functional specifications for ERP and business solutions. You will own the design of system interfaces to manage data flow between the company and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute system configurations, enhancements, and testing to ensure solutions meet project specifications.
• Create project plans, define scope, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify complex business and technology risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them.
• Provide end-user support and training for business users.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Business Functional Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency with Siebel CRM.
• Experience using PeopleSoft.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong business process analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to define and execute technical test plans.
• Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
