Description

You will develop functionality for the MHD EMMS application, bridging technical systems with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to define project scope, objects, and requirements.
• Analyze system requirements to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Create functional components for the EMMS application.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and general testing protocols.
• Travel to client sites as required for project needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience working within Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe frameworks.
• Knowledge of Waterfall methodology and project lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for task and requirement tracking.
• Proficiency with MS Visio for process mapping and SharePoint for documentation.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the MHD EMMS application or similar enterprise management systems.
