Description

You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for server and web-based software applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for software applications owned by various stakeholders.
• Map data flows between different software applications to identify triggers and data requirements.
• Facilitate requirement clarification discussions and lead end-user demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Data Architects on data models and with QA teams on test case scenarios.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and work within a multi-disciplinary squad to ensure functional and non-functional requirements meet customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to perform data mapping and analysis.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with Jira.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Order to Cash, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, patterns, and integration platforms.
• Experience with SAP OTC and P2P processes.
