Description

You will own incident resolution, change management, and system configuration for TrackWise and Oracle PL/SQL environments in a GxP-regulated setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve Incidents and Service Requests within SLA.
• Implement user requirements and manage CAPA, Deviations, and Periodic Reviews.
• Configure and maintain TrackWise 9/10.x and Oracle PL/SQL systems.
• Adhere to GxP, Change Management, and ITIL/SDLC methodologies.
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports and apply Good Documentation Practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EIS TrackWise administration and support.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and Change Management processes.
• Experience in migration projects and support/maintenance environments.
• Ability to work independently on CAPA, Deviation, and PR workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Crystal Reports for complex data visualization.
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
