Description

Lead Treasury initiative implementations and operational capabilities through strategic program design and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, business requirements, testing, and documentation for Treasury initiatives.
• Develop multi-phase program plans and multi-year roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee Agile increments and sprints while managing dependencies and technology limitations.
• Maintain communication with program teams, sponsors, finance leaders, and external partners.
• Assess opportunities for growth, integration, and automation across Treasury programs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Treasury, or a related industry.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex solutions, system integrations, automation, and conversions.
• 2+ years of experience within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Deep understanding of Treasury Operations, financing products (revolving credit, loans), and accounting processes.
