Description

Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards, generate ad-hoc queries, and automate data processes to support business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing reports and dashboards, implementing enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
• Develop new reports and dashboards, writing ad-hoc SQL queries to dynamically generate data outputs.
• Automate existing data processes to increase efficiency and manage rostering/forecasting for service levels.
• Communicate business insights to stakeholders and respond timely to ad-hoc data requests.
• Adhere to organizational information security policies and guidelines.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Intermediate SQL and PL/SQL skills for database management and query construction.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data gathering, analysis, and interpretation.
• Visualization experience with Tableau or Amazon QuickSight.
• Understanding of KPIs including AHT, SLA, CSAT, Take rate, and FCR.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of system databases and data elements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
