Description

You will own the data strategy for the People Analytics team, turning raw workforce data into actionable insights for the HR function.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Convert recurring manual requests across disparate data sources into automated, unified, self-service tools.
• Identify data gaps in operational processes and propose concrete solutions to close them.
• Support complex research projects to predict trends and prescribe actions related to hiring, retention, and engagement.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways for stakeholders.
• Translate workforce data into actionable paths, serving as a consultant to enable the broader team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or People Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expertise in BI tools, specifically Tableau and PowerBI.
• Experience leveraging Databricks tools, including Unity Catalog and AI/BI dashboards.
• Strong grasp of data governance and management principles.
• Ability to identify data gaps and propose structural solutions.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with People Analytics specific metrics and workforce planning.
