The ES Employee Data Specialist is a member of the HR Operations team based in Hyderabad and provides data insights and operational support. This role reports to the Senior Supervisor, Employee Data APAC. The role is critical to ensuring the success of our employees at salesforce. Our focus is building and delivering an amazing experience for our employees using our own trusted Platform.
The successful candidate will have experience in a data analytics and reporting role supporting an HR Operations team. Candidate should also have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, outstanding time management and communication skills, a commitment to exceptional customer support, and the ability to build relationships at every level of the organization. Must be comfortable dealing with highly sensitive and confidential data. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and high-growth environment and is experienced in supporting a variety of HR disciplines.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the ES Data Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
◦ Create, analyse and update various HR reports
◦ Mining data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining databases
◦ Analysing and interpreting data sets
◦ Identifying trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analysis
◦ Work collaboratively with all the global teams to support the data needs
◦ Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations as per business requirements
◦ Proactively identify process improvements and process redundancies, and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee experience
◦ Ensure the accuracy of the internal process documentation
◦ Ensure compliance with audit requirements by completing work correctly and timely
◦ Liaise effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders and other support teams to resolve issues
◦ Maintain appropriate level of process, program and policy knowledge in order to assist business requirements
◦ Other duties and project work as required
Required skills/experience:
◦ Master/ Bachelor's degree
◦ 2-3 year's work experience in an HR Data Analytics role analysing large datasets
◦ Prior working knowledge on Tableau or other Data visualization tools would be an added advantage
◦ Strong understanding of data integrity and data privacy requirements
◦ Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
◦ Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
◦ Proven project management skills
◦ Exceptional customer service orientation
◦ Ability to prioritise in a high-paced work environment
◦ Drives results, attention to detail and is solutions-oriented
◦ Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
◦ Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills
◦ Works effectively in a team environment
