Analyze data and formulate recommendations based on business and functional system requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements by preparing user stories and workflows.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to define and analyze business needs.
• Identify gaps between current business requirements and existing or proposed solutions.
• Conduct system analysis for large-scale IT systems in distributed environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in system analysis for distributed IT systems.
• Proficient in Data Analysis.
• Expertise with MySQL and database tool utilization (MySQL Workbench, dbForge) for analysis and debugging.
• Experience preparing user stories and workflows.
• Active participation in daily scrum calls, sprint planning, backlog grooming, effort estimation, and sprint retrospectives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
