Description

You will translate business requirements into actionable data insights and visual reporting solutions for the Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional groups to document business requirements and define key metrics.
• Develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Scale BI processes through automation and scripting.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to data.
• Influence and document the CX business intelligence strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in product, customer, or related data analytics fields.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Ability to collect, structure, and assess large, detailed datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to break down complex models for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
