You will use data and analytics to drive product strategy and monitor operational health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and key performance metrics to monitor project and operational health.
• Drive research and requirements capturing to influence product opportunities and value propositions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and balance user needs with business goals.
• Participate in scrum teams as a product owner to define goals, set priorities, and manage the backlog.
• Provide support to internal partners through survey design, data analysis, and executive presentations.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience at a Technology Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
• 2-4 years of experience with project management.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Experience configuring SaaS software solutions or conducting technical trainings.
• Experience with Qualtrics and/or Adobe Analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to lead collaboration between engineering, UX, project management, and product teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
• Ability to manage complex builds through thoughtful prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with Medallia.
