Description

You will own the transformation of manual HR data requests into automated, self-service analytics tools. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictive insights for attrition, hiring trends, and workforce planning.
• Integrate and clean data across multiple HR sources to build reliable datasets.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to convert analytics into actionable business recommendations.
• Leverage Databricks for Unity Catalog, AI/BI dashboards, and Lakehouse environments.
• Automate reporting workflows to reduce time-to-insight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Python or PySpark.
• Extensive experience using Databricks.
• Proven ability to automate reporting workflows.
• Experience working with HR, People, or Workforce data.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
