You will manage and deliver actionable data tasks to support organizational decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large datasets from multiple systems while ensuring high levels of data accuracy.
• Execute data transformation and integration processes using ETL tools.
• Intake, organize, and deliver completed tasks according to project requirements.
• Apply data privacy regulations, specifically FERPA, when handling sensitive information.
• Optimize complex queries and data manipulation workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience as a BI Analyst.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes (SQL, SSIS, or Python).
• Hands-on experience with databases and data warehouses (SQL Server, MySQL, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with data integration platforms like Talend or Alteryx.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
