Drive marketing effectiveness through advanced data analysis and strategic modeling. You will own the full lifecycle of marketing data, from extraction to actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and media campaign performance using metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Gather, clean, and process large datasets from Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic channels.
• Build and refine multi-touch attribution models and assist in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to optimize spend allocation.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to assess the impact of media tactics and creative strategies.
• Create automated dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and SPSS.
• Experience building attribution models and performing audience segmentation.
• Ability to manage and process large datasets from various marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree.
