Description

You will design and optimize data processes and reporting frameworks for state performance metrics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current data processes and code to identify inefficiencies or errors in reporting flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve ETL processes and optimize codebase performance.
• Map business processes and document rules associated with report production.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data architecture roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and Informatica.
• Practical experience with Oracle and Toad.
• Data visualization skills using Tableau.
• Statistical programming experience using R.
• Strong technical documentation and business process mapping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
