You will build and scale AI-enabled analytics capabilities, driving the delivery of conversational analytics solutions that enable self-service, data-driven decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, operational scorecards, and analytical solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Develop reusable frameworks for conversational analytics, semantic metrics, and insight generation.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise AI and analytics platforms using APIs.
• Optimize data preparation, transformation, and quality-control workflows using Databricks and Python.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into measurable analytical use cases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or operations analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Strong experience building and managing complex analytics workflows and data modeling.
• Proven ability to integrate applications via APIs, including AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets to generate business insights.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
