This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Design and implement dimensional data modeling and master data management (MDM) solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and record KPIs and business metrics.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Drive data governance efforts and expand data scope from internal and external sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI application development.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time within a multinational matrix structure.
• Ability to collaborate closely with leadership teams.
• University degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data analysis and reporting.
