Build and optimize reporting infrastructure and front-end UI dashboards for actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards in QlikSense and Tableau.
• Design and manage reporting infrastructure to ensure high performance and usability.
• Build and maintain codebases for reporting automation and front-end UI development.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity to ensure accuracy.
• Support KPI tracking and business metrics analysis to enhance decision-making.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong expertise in QlikSense.
• Experience with Tableau (optional but beneficial).
• Understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehousing best practices.
• Ability to handle large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and visualization effectiveness.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify trends, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance tuning of BI tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Background in front-end UI development for interactive dashboards.
