Description

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards while optimizing for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into warehouses or lakes.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Translate business stakeholder needs into technical requirements and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage BI projects from inception to completion, including documentation of requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct training sessions and provide functional support to end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Advanced SQL and database management skills.
• Proven experience with data modeling techniques and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Power BI or other BI tool certifications.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
