Description

You own the BI reporting, executive dashboards, and data insights for Brightspeed Digital.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage executive dashboards, MBR/QBR, and leadership reporting.
• Integrate data from delivery systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Enable standardized governance and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and productivity.
• Act as the single point of contact for BI reporting and insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data roles.
• Power BI (Dashboarding, DAX, Data Modeling).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Data modeling and KPI frameworks.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Looker or Tableau experience.
• ETL / Data pipeline exposure.
• Jira / Confluence reporting familiarity.
