Description

You will lead end-to-end business intelligence projects and manage an offshore BI team to deliver actionable data insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through final delivery.
• Lead and mentor an offshore BI team to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
• Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance protocols.
• Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end BI projects.
• Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.
• Experience with data validation, governance, and quality assurance.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
