Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud environments

• Manage user access, security, permissions, and governance policies

• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system health

• Perform Tableau upgrades, migrations, installations, and deployments

• Support Power BI Service administration, workspaces, gateways, and tenant settings

• Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams

• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and security best practices

• Develop and maintain operational documentation and support procedures

Required Skills:

• Strong Tableau Administration experience (Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud)

• Hands-on experience with Power BI Administration

• Experience with user provisioning, security, governance, and licensing

• Tableau upgrades, migrations, backups, and performance tuning

• Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspace, and Tenant Administration

• Experience with SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD integration

• Strong troubleshooting and support skills
