Description

You will administer and maintain Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, and Power BI Service environments, ensuring platform availability, security, and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tableau Server and Cloud, including upgrades, migrations, installations, and deployments.
• Manage user access, security, permissions, and governance policies across BI platforms.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Support Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, and tenant settings.
• Collaborate with business users and infrastructure teams to ensure best practices and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Tableau Administration (Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Administration, including Service, Gateway, and Workspace management.
• Proficiency in user provisioning, security, governance, and licensing.
• Experience performing Tableau upgrades, migrations, backups, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills for enterprise BI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in BI administration.
