Description

You will design, build, and maintain business intelligence reports and automated workflows. You translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage data pipelines using SSIS and MS Access.
• Create and manage customer journey campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email and SMS.
• Build and deploy RPA bots using UiPath to automate repetitive data entry and processing tasks.
• Clean, transform, and validate data from DB2 and other sources to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and MS Access for data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign management.
• Knowledge of UiPath for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience working with DB2 databases.
• Ability to present data clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visual Basic and MS Visual Studio.
