Key Responsibilities

• Develop BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool
• Write complex SQL queries including joins, aggregations, and data validation logic
• Design and implement KPI/metrics following reporting best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Work independently while contributing effectively within team environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI reporting/dashboard development
• Experience developing reports and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting operational, business, or executive reporting needs
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience with retail and supply chain data environments, Agile methodologies
