Description

Design and implement NLP solutions and BI dashboards to drive operational efficiency and business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate Spark NLP pipelines using Python and PySpark to process large volumes of text data.
• Extract features from text data and assess model accuracy using precision, recall, and F1-score.
• Design and deliver user-friendly dashboards and recurring reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Connect NLP pipelines with data warehouses and databases to support QA and customer behavior analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience in financial services, banking, or retail finance (or 7+ years of ML experience in these sectors).
• 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with PySpark ETL pipeline development.
• Experience using Apache Spark and Spark ML to build scalable pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in ETL pipeline development in Anaconda Enterprise.
• Advanced Tableau skills utilizing data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
