Description

You will design and implement data solutions to drive decision-making within the retail sector. You own the full lifecycle of BI solutions, from data modeling to stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI solutions tailored to retail operations, including KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, inventory, and supply chain data to provide actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain data models and warehouses while ensuring data integrity through governance practices.
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive, visual reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with business users to identify analytical needs and provide training on BI tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer specifically within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Deep understanding of retail metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with retail management systems and POS data.
