You will design, build, and maintain BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and Tableau dashboards for large, complex datasets.
• Partner with business and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Translate raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and improve existing analytics infrastructure and reporting workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all business intelligence deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Expert-level experience with Tableau for visualization and dashboarding.
• Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management domains.
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with Alteryx.
