Description

You will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards to support organizational data needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BI requirements to design Cognos Reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the business and presentation layers of the BI model.
• Architect solutions and create detailed design documentation.
• Perform performance tuning to ensure reports and dashboards function within acceptable parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding existing reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, specifically focused on dashboard and report development.
• Hands-on experience with SAS VA and SAS EG.
• Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript or jQuery to extend SAS capabilities.
• Strong understanding of relational database principles, including OLTP, OLAP, 3NF, and Star-Schema.
• Experience developing Dashboards, KPIs, and Scorecards.
• Proven ability in Framework Manager Dimensional Modeling and Transformer cube development.
• Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting reporting tools.
• Experience with QlikView or other reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading a BI team.
• Domain experience in Finance, Marketing, Healthcare, or Operations.
