Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to meet complex business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into technical data models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Power BI reports using diverse visuals and multiple data sources.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and data models.
• Perform performance tuning for Power BI reports and optimize data loads.
• Manage small teams and drive technical engagements with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for implemented processes and suggest improvements to coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M-Query.
• Extensive experience with T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts and design techniques.
• Experience with advanced Power BI features: RLS, incremental data load, dataflows, and Power BI REST API.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing small teams and technical engagements.
