You design, build, and maintain data models and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to communicate trends, patterns, and outliers.
• Monitor and tune BI tools to ensure optimum performance.
• Analyze and synthesize large datasets across multiple inputs to identify business gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or data analytics engineer.
• Mandatory experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Advanced SQL or Python for data querying and modeling.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, or Looker.
• Experience with data pipeline tools including Python, Airflow, DBT, or Talend.
• Working knowledge of automated reporting and dashboard tools.
• Experience delivering via data visualization best practices in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related discipline.
