Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop compelling Power BI data visualizations and reports.
• Build and maintain Power BI Dataflows (Gen 1 and Gen 2).
• Create functional and technical documentation for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to define key use cases and communicate findings.
• Train staff and users on BI tools and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying data visualization and BI to business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Power BI (Desktop/Server), DAX, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft data platforms: SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, SSIS, SSAS, or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with K-12 education data and school district staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
