Description

You will lead the enterprise-wide standardization and automation of reporting by transitioning manual processes into Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Standardize Tableau usage across the enterprise and migrate existing Excel and PowerPoint reporting to automated dashboards.
• Manage Tableau performance by collaborating with tech support on technical setup, testing, tuning, benchmarking, and stability.
• Build and maintain a centralized reporting hub including landing pages, roles, rights, and user performance tracking.
• Develop meaningful visualizations, templates, and proofs of concept to drive data adoption.
• Onboard and mentor users through training, ad-hoc support, and sharing best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
• Advanced expertise in the full Tableau suite, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Proven experience in Tableau administration, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Strong skills in data cleansing, standardization, and mapping.
• Experience connecting to diverse data sources including SQL, Hadoop, and Oracle.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica AXON and Enterprise Data Catalogue.
