Experience with Amazon's supply chain systems and processes. Knowledge of customer experience metrics and supply chain optimization. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product managers, science teams, tech teams, retail categories, finance, and operations. Experience in presenting business insights to senior management and executives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and synthesize large data streams across multiple systems and inputs to derive meaningful insights.
• Work with Product Managers to understand customer behaviors, spot system defects, and benchmark ability to serve customers.
• Develop business insights based on data extraction, analytics, trend deduction and pattern recognition techniques.
• Present business insights and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership teams.
• Create advanced dashboards to help large groups of teams consume insights and track progress.
• Build analytical models that can help improve business outcomes at scale and enhance current system capabilities.
• Improve inventory availability for customers both nationally and regionally through data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience and long-term free cash flow growth through analytical solutions
