Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and synthesize large data streams across multiple systems and inputs to derive meaningful insights.
• Work with Product Managers to understand customer behaviors, spot system defects, and benchmark ability to serve customers.
• Develop business insights based on data extraction, data analytics, trend deduction and pattern recognition techniques.
• Present business insights and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership teams effectively.
• Create advanced dashboards to help teams consume insights, make changes to business processes and track progress.
• Build analytical models that can help improve business outcomes at scale and enhance current system abilities.
• Improve inventory availability for customers both nationally and regionally through data-driven decision making.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to segment key Customer Experience and Supply Chain metrics effectively.
• Identify key opportunities to improve systems and processes to deliver best customer experiences throughout the year
