You will build technical solutions and data-driven insights to support Last Mile delivery operations, safety, and fleet efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and manage critical input and output metrics using SQL and scripting.
• Develop performance metrics to identify trends and prescribe action plans for global delivery station operations.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to build tools and dashboards.
• Provide strategic advisory by bridging technical requirements with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering roles.
• Advanced SQL and scripting experience for data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS solutions including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
