Description

You will design, develop, and maintain reporting systems and data pipelines that deliver actionable business insights. You will own the full lifecycle of metrics, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to implementing automated, self-service analytics tools. Your work will focus on homogenizing reporting standards, ensuring data integrity, and enabling independent analysis across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal business customers to gather data and metrics requirements for strategic decision-making.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics and reporting systems.
• Homogenize metrics, reports, and tools across business functions and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to make complex data interpretable for stakeholders.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customers and communicate results and implications to senior business leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and building robust Data Pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong skills in Data Visualization and creating effective Reporting frameworks.
• Experience developing self-service analytics tools and bridging reports.
• Ability to recognize and adopt best practices in data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international markets and automation of reporting frameworks.
