Description

You will design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions. You will extract insights from large data volumes using statistical rigor and communicate trends to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of metrics, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Validate data accuracy across new and existing tools, ensuring reliability for platform-wide insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in tech, science, sales, marketing, and finance to solve complex business questions.
• Respond to high-priority requests from senior leaders with urgency and statistical precision.
• Leverage Amazon's data resources to build scalable solutions that simplify and inform broader teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and AWS data resources.
• Proven ability in Dashboard Development and Data Visualization.
• Experience conducting Statistical Analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to navigate complex data environments and deliver reporting solutions.
