You will transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights to guide business strategy and customer experience optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program feature and marketing content performance using customer response, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Execute statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports focused on program health.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and deep dives into unusual patterns to answer ad hoc business requests.
• Apply data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to identify customer trends.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python coding.
• Experience with data mining and analytical modeling.
• Ability to decompose business requirements into technical analytical plans.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both engineers and business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS.
• Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
