Responsibilities
- Evaluate program feature and marketing content performance using customer response, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Execute statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-based univariate/bivariate analyses to investigate unusual patterns.
- Develop new metrics and studies to quantify customer behavior and trends.
- Collaborate with finance teams to conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with scripting languages including Python and PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing and statistical methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to decompose business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
- Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
- Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or marketing is highly desirable.
