You will use large-scale datasets to drive insights into customer behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate program feature and marketing content performance using customer response, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Execute statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health.
  • Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-based univariate/bivariate analyses to investigate unusual patterns.
  • Develop new metrics and studies to quantify customer behavior and trends.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with scripting languages including Python and PySpark.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and statistical methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytical problem-solving.
  • Ability to decompose business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
  • Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
  • Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or marketing is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS.
