Description

Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models to deliver actionable business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS services.
• Build automated dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Define data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, root causes, and business opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across multiple systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services: Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue, and QuickSight.
• Proven experience in ETL development and data warehousing technologies.
• Expertise in data modeling and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large datasets (billions of records).
• Understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
