You will build and manage data visualizations and performance dashboards to track business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create Tableau dashboards to visualize business performance and complex data sets.
• Develop and implement KPIs within dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
• Analyze complex data to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration to define requirements through targeted questions.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using PM tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expertise in Tableau, specifically in building functional dashboards.
• Experience with AWS and Redshift environments.
• Proficiency with SAS.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheets for project management.
• Strong ability to define and track business KPIs.
• Proven analytical skills for interpreting complex data structures.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet.
