Description

You will own the analytics pipeline, translating complex data into actionable business insights for program features and marketing content. Your work drives decisions on customer response, conversion, and retention through rigorous statistical testing and exploratory data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health using SQL and AWS.
• Evaluate performance of marketing content and features against customer behavior metrics.
• Execute statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Investigate critical aspects of customer behavior through ad hoc deep dives and data mining.
• Employ segmentation and analytical techniques to capture trends in the customer base.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure for data processing and storage.
• Proficiency in building data visualizations using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
• Ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan and execute it.
• Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with engineers and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• SAS experience.
• Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or related field.
