Lead a team of engineers to deliver data-driven insights and manage technical reporting workflows in Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and hold them accountable against KPIs and OKRs.
• Analyze large data sets in SQL to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Integrate new data sets into existing systems and automate dashboards to improve performance.
• Create corporate dashboards to identify and quantify key risks and potential cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver professional reports and support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data or engineering leadership role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools to build effective dashboards.
• Basic understanding of Finance principles and metrics to contextualize insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills for team accountability.
• Experience managing KPIs and OKRs to drive team performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Python for data engineering tasks.
• Tableau proficiency for advanced visualization needs.
• Previous experience in Finance, Ecommerce, or CPG sectors.
