Description

You will lead BI initiatives, owning MicroStrategy development, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design and develop MicroStrategy cubes, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data modeling and design schema objects for MicroStrategy projects.
• Facilitate and drive UAT sessions to ensure business validation and sign-off.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development and report design.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and schema design (star/snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
