You will lead BI projects and manage stakeholder relationships across global, multicultural teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Oversee reporting and localization requirements for multinational projects.
• Implement reporting governance and standardization practices.
• Direct ETL processes and data modeling efforts to support analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI projects.
• 3+ years in a lead or onshore role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes.
• Experience designing and managing data models.
• Proven ability to handle reporting localization in global projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
