Description

You will own the support and operational health of the Business Intelligence platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and modify SQL scripts to resolve issues and optimize database calls.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues across software, hardware, networks, and various environments.
• Automate and streamline operations by building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and operational tools.
• Design, build, and maintain stable infrastructure, including system administration tasks.
• Maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and analytics methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in a data-focused environment.
• Proven experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Understanding of data platforms like SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and server management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
