Description

You will lead cross-functional initiatives and large-scale planning for the Business Intelligence functional area to deliver consistent insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-faceted technical challenges involving data aggregation and visualization methodology to drive user-centric diagnostic analytics.
• Make decisions regarding data structures and end-user experience to impact final dashboards, reports, and analyses.
• Influence work teams to deliver data outputs and new initiatives that inform company strategy.
• Collaborate with mid-level and senior managers to assess business needs and produce actionable trends.
• Drive the adoption of metrics and insights to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle Database.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R.
• Experience with data analysis, insight generation, and storytelling.
• Ability to translate requirements from non-technical partners into technical solutions.
• Experience aggregating and consolidating complex human capital or HR data.
• Working knowledge of HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Learning Experience Platforms such as Degreed.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, iterative delivery, and product development models.
